Friday’s meeting was chaired by Steve Goodall of IJG Solutions. Steve’s Thought For The Day was a follow on from his presentation last week, have you backed up your date this week?
The potential for data loss and ransom wear is a problem for many businesses so ensuring you have a secure back of your data is vital.
The presentation was given by Bob and Sue Chandler of HASCAT Safety Ltd. They gave a short introduction to the business for the benefit of our new members followed by examples of the services they supply. These included:
- A range of health and safety consultancy services from micro businesses upwards. Examples included: help with obtaining CHAS accreditation and client approval, writing policy and procedures, producing risk assessments and providing advice
- A wide range of ‘face to face’ training including IOSH courses, abrasive wheel safety, risk assessment training, manual handling, etc.
- E-Learning courses
